Wines of the Night
Pale yellow colored. The nose has hints of tropical fruits of pineapple and mango with intense citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit and a zesty concentration. Underlying herbal notes show as wet stone minerality. A fresh, juicy wine with vibrant acidity and plenty of weight and length on the palate.
Perfect for all occasions, particularly delicious with fresh seafood and vegetables.
Distinctly Marlborough, this Sauvignon Blanc exudes vibrant ripe citrus notes, crunchy greens and hints of tropical guava on the nose. The palate is refined and elegant with superb natural fruit weight providing a juicy core of layered fruit, entwined with a salty textural acidity, vibrant citrus pith and a moreish dry chalky finish. Another remarkable Wither Hills Sauvignon Blanc. A perfect match with plump oysters, green lip mussels, even prosciutto and rock melon.
The 2018 Sauvignon Blanc delivers attractive hints of pineapple and white grapefruit on the nose; a silky-textured, medium-bodied palate; and a crisp, refreshing finish. Above all, there's a seamless, elegant flow to this wine as it crosses the palate, coupled with plenty of intensity and length.
This Sauvignon Blanc is fresh and vibrant on the nose, with aromatics of bright citrus, kaffir lime, orchard blossom and passion furit. The palate is concentrated and mouthwatering, with juicy stone fruit and subtle tropical characters underpinned by a fine minerality and meyer lemon acidity. Enjoy with keta salmon maki and asparagus with balsamic vinaigrette.
