Wines of the Night
Aromas of white peach, citrus, apple, pear and white flowers characterize this superb PEC off-dry Riesling. If you've ever wondered what 'minerality' tastes like, then this is the wine for you! The County's defining minerality is unmistakable, clearly delineated against the backdrop of ripe fruit flavors. Pair this with smoked fish or goat cheese.
Rosehall Run Rosé ($18)
A frothy blend of Vidal, with a touch of Pinot Noir contributing flavor and the distinctive bright salmon colour. Pixie is barely off-dry, with peach, apricot, and tangerine flavors and lively refreshing acidity throughout the palate.
The bouquet is rich with blackberry, cherry and chocolate with hints of coffee bean and an underlying note of soft leather. The aromas carry to the palate ample tannins and a lingering finish.
